Watercolor Journal Fabrics

Current Available Fabrics for Custom Art Journals

These are low resolution, quick and dirty scans of the current fabrics available in my stash for making art journals. Fabric selection could change at any moment as I am also a quilter. Some prints are very large and cover far more than the scanner bed so you can’t see the entire thing. Journal covers can and will vary from the exact scan image you are seeing depending on where the fabric is cut. I aim to waste as little as possible when cutting. Some fabrics there is only enough to make a single 6×6 or smaller journal while there is enough of others to make multiple 8×10 journals. Please ask me about a specific fabric so I can confirm enough is available for the journal size you are interested in via the “Contact Shop” button on my Etsy storefront. Binding threads can either be chosen from my list of variegated floss or I can color match a solid thread from my full DMC cotton embroidery floss collection to a chosen color from the fabric. There is a size and pricing list at the bottom of this page. There are now Etsy listings to make ordering these journals easier! Feel free to ask questions via your Etsy convo*.

**Fabrics seen in the shop on ready made journals are no longer available as I have already used up the scraps and remnants in the creation of those books.

When ordering, please quote the captioned numbers in the smaller thumbnail gallery view for your fabric choice rather than the number shown at the bottom when scrolling through the enlarged images.

Pre-Cut Fabrics

These fabrics were pre-cut at some point to make 6×9 journals. These fabrics can be used to make any size journal that fits within, but no larger than, 6 inches wide and 9 inches high. Portrait orientation only for these fabrics.
